Do you provide the final price online?
No. The estimator gives an indicative budget range only. The confirmed price is provided after a site visit, once measurements, subfloor condition, access and material choice have been verified.
Why is a site visit required?
Conditions on site decide the work. Levels, moisture, existing floor build-up, roof access and the condition of timber all change the scope. Assessing in person is the only way to give a price we will stand behind.
Can landlords and tenants request work?
Yes. Landlords, letting agents and property managers are welcome. Tenants can enquire too, but we will ask whether the landlord has given permission before work is arranged.
Can I send photos through WhatsApp?

Do you provide labour-only flooring installation?
Yes. If you have already bought your flooring, choose “Fitting only” in the estimator and the enquiry form and we will price the labour and preparation.
